Senior Constable Tim George

Tim George is a Senior Constable in the Northern Territory Mounted Police Unit. Tim grew up in the horse industry, working as a jockey, trainer, and stockman. His dad was a jockey, and his mum’s dad – Vivian Oldfield – was a winner of the Darwin Cup in 1959 on the horse Wood.
Amongst his proudest accomplishments was working in Hokkaido, Japan, breaking-in horses.
Tim lives on a rural Darwin property with his family.
